Autool AST618 Pulsating Brake Fluid Exchanger
AUTOOL AST618 brake oil exchanger features a new pulse exchange technology that effectively removes impurities from the brake lines through high-frequency pulse pressure, improving efficiency. The brake fluid exchanger has 4 large-capacity fluid tanks and 17 adapters, supporting DOT3, DOT4, and DOT5.1 standards, making it compatible with most vehicle models. Its ergonomic design and four rollers make it easy to move, while the digital control panel allows precise adjustment of working time, pulse frequency, and pressure, with a maximum pressure of 3.5 bar. The system is simple to operate, with a one-button startup to complete all steps, making it ideal for large workshops.
AUTOOL AST618 Brake Fluid Exchanger Features
- Four Wheels Oil Can Be Exchanged Simultaneously: Working pulse, working pressure, and working time can be adjusted. The configuration of the pressure gauge and digital display meter can easily observe the working parameters.
- Pulse One-Button Replacement: Only one person to operate. It allows for easy brake oil changes. The kit can change oil from two sub-pumps simultaneously. Once you set the working environment, the entire process is automatic.
- Intelligent Liquid Level Monitoring: Built-in pressure monitoring device stops automatically when fluid runs out, preventing air from entering the braking system pipelines.
- Considerate Design Details: No need to exhaust air in advance. The suction pipe separates moisture in the air, avoids mixing with the oil, and ensures oil quality.
- Stainless Steel Large-Capacity Oil Pot: 3L corrosion-resistant, collision-resistant, and durable.
- Wide Application: Equipped with 17 adapters and toolbox, suitable for car models in Europe, America, and Asia.
Operating Instructions
- Raise the car to a suitable height so the drive wheels are not on the ground.
- Connect the device’s four oil ports to the brake cylinder. Loosen the exhaust screw to let oil flow out.
- Pour 5 liters of new brake fluid into the equipment’s filler port. Connect the matching adapter to the brake master cylinder’s filler.
- Connect to 12V car power and switch on the device.
- Press the Vacuum Switch button.
- Press the Fuel Switch button to start the brake fluid exchange.
- During oil change, check brake oil tank mouth. Adjust speed with acceleration/deceleration switch if needed.
- After finishing, drain used oil completely to avoid damage to the vacuum pump.
